We’re expanding our On-Demand Talent Network and are looking for skilled Freelance SEO Specialists to help our clients increase their organic visibility, traffic, and search engine rankings. This is a remote, project-based opportunity for SEO professionals who are analytical, results-oriented, and up-to-date with the latest search trends and algorithm updates.
Responsibilities
- Perform SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations for technical, on-page, and off-page improvements.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to improve rankings and user experience.
- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Build and execute link-building strategies while ensuring white-hat practices.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging SEO tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
- Ability to interpret data and generate insights that drive strategy.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with international SEO, local SEO, or e-commerce SEO.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts.
- Knowledge of content strategy, UX principles, or CRO.
